Surveys

The Library is continually seeking to improve its services and we regularly survey Unitec students and staff to help us stay in tune with their needs. Summary reports from our most recent surveys are listed below. Please contact us if you would like more detailed information about our surveys.

Client Survey

The latest results show continuing improvement in the performance of the Library service. The results of the survey are in the document Unitec Library Client Survey 2016 Key Findings Report.

Library Website Survey

The survey of the library website and LibrarySearch in 2017 shows a slight decrease in task completion (82% compared to 88% in 2015) and satisfaction rates (an average of 6.9 (out of 10) compared to 7.4 in 2015).  The results of the survey are in the document Library website survey 2017 Summary of results.

Waitakere Library Evaluation

The 2015 survey of Unitec Waitakere Library Evaluation shows that 91% students are satisfied with Waitakere library spaces and services. Group study rooms, copy/print/scanning machines and Help Desk are the mostly used facilities in the library. The results of the evaluation is in the document 2015 Waitakere Library Evaluation.
