Client Survey 2016
The latest results show continuing improvement in the performance of the Library service. The results of the survey are in the document Unitec Library Client Survey 2016 Key Findings Report.
Waitakere Library Evaluation 2015
The survey of Unitec Waitakere Library Evaluation shows that 91% students are satisfied with Waitakere library spaces and services. Group study rooms, copy/print/scanning machines and Help Desk are the mostly used facilities in the library. The results of the evaluation is in the document 2015 Waitakere Library Evaluation.
Library Website Survey 2015
A recent survey of the library website and LibrarySearch shows increased task completion (88% compared to 78% in 2014) and satisfaction rates (an average of 7.4 (out of 10) compared to 6.9 in 2014). The results of the survey are in the document Library website survey 2015 Summary of results.
Client Survey 2014
The latest results show continuing improvement in the performance of the Library service particularly in the areas of Library Staff and Facilities and Equipment. The results of the survey are in the document Unitec Library Client Survey September 2014 Key Findings.
Client Survey 2012
This survey was carried out in September 2012, asking clients of the library to rate its performance, and the importance across 32 statements. It follows on from the Client Survey 2010 (see below). Client Survey 2010
Library Client Survey Report (May 2010 - pdf) - This document is a report by Insync Surveys on the results of a survey they conducted of the Library's clients in May 2010. Insync Surveys was retained by the Unitec Library to conduct a survey of its clients so that their views, ideas, and suggestions can be considered as part of its commitment to improvement. The results of the Library’s client survey are compared with other libraries in the Insync Surveys database, which has been built up over 10 years.
